Million Meter Club
A challenge was issued again by Robin and Becky Millard at the Polar Bear Row on January 1 2010, fully endoursed by head coach Jim Pickens, for LLRC members to row one million meters this year. Meters on the water rowing and coxing, and on the erg, count towards the total. Members are encouraged to log their meters in the Concept2 virtual logbook. As of July 15, 2010, the LLRC group is ranked #61 in the C2 standings among over 1,100 participating university and clubs!
A special incentive will be issued to all members reaching this million meter milestone by the end of the year!
