2020 Winter/Spring Break Training

The Lake Lanier Rowing Club offers the perfect environment for crews to train and prepare during 2020 Winter Spring training for upcoming competitions on historic Lake Sidney Lanier in Gainesville, Georgia.  Home to all rowing events for the 1996 Summer Olympic Games in Atlanta and the American Collegiate Rowing Association's Championship Regatta.  Run productive sessions with over 12,000 meters of open water, providing a prime environment for both short and long distance training.

  • Mark Williams Ergatta -  hosted by LLRC at the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue 
  • John Hunter Regatta - hosted by St. Andrew RC & GA Tech Crew at the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue
  • Clemson Sprints Regatta - hosted by Clemson Rowing Club at Clemson University on Lake Hartwell, just 80 miles from the Lake Lanier Olympic Venue

A club representative will follow up to confirm your reservation and assist with any details or questions about your visit to Gainesville, GA.  A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to hold your team reservation dates.  The deposit will be applied to the overall cost of team training at the Lake Lanier Rowing venue, which is payable on completion of your training.
